On the site where Chisholm Industries once made electronics — the street is named for it — Panatch Group and Kindred Construction delivered 50 Electronic Avenue: two 6-storey buildings, 358 homes, and an envelope that mixes brick masonry with Hardie panel and steel. Our crew set the brick feature columns and veneer that anchor the street presence.
The project went on to win the Georgie Award 2023 for Best Multi-Family Low Rise Development and was a HAVAN Awards finalist — recognition for a build whose brickwork we’re proud to have set.
