At CapWest in North Vancouver’s Capilano neighbourhood, the facade called for three different brick types working together — colour and coursing shifting across the elevations without a single misaligned joint between them. Our crew installed the masonry under the general contractor, Urban One, along with the stone pillar caps that finish the streetscape.
Mixing brick types on one building multiplies the layout work: every transition has to land clean. That’s the part you don’t see when it’s done right.
