We were part of the crew on the celebrated $120M restoration of the 1927 landmark — installing interior walls and elevator-shaft masonry under Limen. Not the visible glamour, but the bones behind it.
The restoration earned a City of Vancouver Heritage Award of Honour, an enRoute Hotel Design Award and an International Hotel Award, and the hotel holds a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating. We’re proud our work lives inside that standard.
